Exaco Large Royal Victorian VI 46 Greenhouse 13ft x 20ft is one of the premier greenhouses in the "Helios" line from Janssens of Belgium. The Victorian Greenhouse, nicknamed "The Roman Bathhouse" or "Windsor Estate," is a 13ft wide, 20ft long, 9ft high elegant metal and glass greenhouse with side walls. This model features 4mm thick safety glass, double swinging doors, and six roof windows with automatic and spindle openers(4 automatic openers & 2 spindles), 2 top side windows, two hinged doors with pumps, large bottom frame/base, oversized gutters with downspouts, and misting system.

We are offering two different styles: Glass and Polycarbonate.

Glass or Polycarbonate – Which glazing option should you pick for your Janssens Royal Victorian VI46 Greenhouse?

The choice between glass and Polycarbonate is essential because they will serve different purposes. It comes down to your priorities:

  • Are you buying the Greenhouse for the aesthetic appeal? Then you should pick glass.
  • Do you care more about practicality and the best growing environment? Go with Polycarbonate.

Clear glass panels look better and give you the old-fashioned greenhouse feeling. However, they don't break the sun's rays, so your glass greenhouse will be hotter than a Polycarbonate greenhouse. This will play a huge role if you live in a hotter climate. Polycarbonate provides more insulation and durability, but it's not as elegant as glass because it isn't transparent.

Shipping information: 

  • Greenhouse ships on one pallet and two long boxes.
  • This product is delivered via LTL, which is curbside delivery only.
  • The driver will be using a pallet jack and liftgate to slide the crate off and will need help from the customer with unloading the framing boxes. We recommend having a couple of people there for the delivery. 
  • We ship using an 18-wheeler ( inform us if you need a smaller truck -tight road, low hanging wires, etc...)

Exaco Royal Victorian Greenhouse VI 46 Optional Accessories

Extra Door - An extra single or double sliding door can be added to the back of the Greenhouse to provide access from both ends and cross ventilation for your Greenhouse. In addition, extra single or double-hinged doors can be added to the Greenhouse. These different doors can go on any side of the Greenhouse.

Hinged Door - The sliding doors on this Greenhouse can be replaced with a hinged door. Hinged doors close tightly inside the outer frame, whereas sliding doors glide in front of the door opening with the gaps covered mainly by what is referred to as brushes. Hinged doors are a popular upgrade for Royal Victorian greenhouses as they close with a much tighter fit and come with a levered handle lock and key. One of the included sliding doors can be replaced with a hinged door, with the remained sliding door placed elsewhere. Or both sliding doors will be upgraded to double hinged doors for the front of the Greenhouse.

Louver Window - Extra louver windows are available for this Victorian Greenhouse to provide additional ventilation. Automatic Louver Window Openers that function just like the automatic roof vent openers is also available, as are Louver Window Lexan Covers, clear covers for the louver window to keep the Greenhouse sealed during the winter.

Roof Vents - This Janssens Victorian greenhouse includes enough roof vents for a structure of this size under most conditions. But additional roof vents are available if needed.

Powered Ventilation System - A powered ventilation system is available from Exaco to give your maximum greenhouse ventilation on warm days. This system uses a 16-inch exhaust fan, a 20-inch motorized intake shutter, and a single-speed thermostat [model VC115-C], all from J&D Manufacturing. The exhaust fan and motorized intake shutter are installed on opposite ends of the Greenhouse to provide airflow from one end to the other.

Wheelbarrow Access Plate - A heavy-duty aluminum access plate is available to serve as a ramp for wheelbarrows over the threshold of your Greenhouse. The plate is 21" long on each side x 19.5" wide x 1.75" high in the middle, hinged.

About Janssens NV

For over 70 years, Janssens NV has been engineering, manufacturing, and distributing premium greenhouses throughout the world. The company began as a maker of wooden arches for greenhouses, sports venues, and factories and was founded by Constant Janssens. He was soon joined by his son Rene, and later Rene's son, Peter, who joined the Engineering and Technical Services department.

The 300 square meter factory Constant began with was later expanded to 1250 square meters in 1962, only to be doubled a few years later. By 1996, the company's development and design department had become fully computerized to ensure that all structures were engineered efficiently.

In 2009, even more, automated production equipment was introduced, and now 70% of their structures are exported from Belgium to the rest of Europe and the United States.

Today the Janssens state-of-the-art factory is approximately 6500 square meters large and employs all the latest quality control techniques and aluminum processing equipment to ensure the highest build quality.

We process all website orders Monday - Friday between 9AM and 4PM. Orders placed over the weekend or after hours will be processed the following business day unless otherwise stated.

What happens after you place your order?

Step 1: Order Confirmation

As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and have pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase.

As soon as we receive your order, we also automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment. If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail/phone. If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 5 business days), we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.

Step 2: Order Shipment

If your order is in stock and we process the charges to your credit card, it will ship within five business days( or date we informed you via post purchase email) from the date of your order (usually much sooner). We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provide when checking out.

Products ship via ground shipping to the address provided. They are delivered by the shipping company at a time determined by them. If you require any special accommodations, such as expedited shipping or a specific delivery time, you must contact us about this BEFORE placing your order.

If you contact us after placing the order to arrange a shipping or delivery option that is out of the ordinary, we may not be able to accommodate you. If a shipment is returned undelivered as a result, you will be responsible for the entire shipping costs (both ways) plus a restocking fee of up to 30%.

Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii and International Locations

We are happy to ship to Alaska, Hawaii and Canada, but unfortunately additional shipping will be charged for most brands. For international orders, you will additionally be responsible for import fees and local taxes upon arrival.

Like orders within the contiguous US, all shipments to other areas will also ship within 5 business days. In most cases, your order will leave the warehouse within 1 business day.

Note that all shipping times on this page and anywhere on this site are only estimates. It could always take longer, especially with everything that is going on in the world today.

P.O. Boxes

Please provide a street address, not a PO Box. UPS and FedEx do not deliver to PO boxes. If an order goes undelivered for this reason, you will be responsible for any additional shipping charges. If the order has to be canceled, we will deduct a 30% restocking fee and the total shipping charges from your refund.

Truck Delivery

Due to the weight and size of some of the items we sell, they must be sent via independent freight carriers. Here are a few things you should note:

  • The trucking service will contact you typically 1-2 days before delivery to schedule the delivery time. If you make an appointment with the trucking company, please be aware if you are not there to accept delivery, a redelivery fee may be charged by the trucking company, and it is not the responsibility of ShopGrowSpaces.
  • The delivery driver will deliver your items curbside of your home. They are not responsible for taking the product onto your driveway or into your home. Therefore, moving the item from curbside may require your assistance. You can always ask the driver to assist you, and they may, but they are not required. Special services are the responsibility of the customer, we do not pay for any storage fees that the trucking company may charge, if you do not take immediate delivery of your item.
  • Very heavy items will require a forklift to move them from the curbside to their permanent location. You can contact a local contractor to help you with this.
  • Please be there to sign for the delivery and inspect the item for potential damages. OPEN SHIPMENT IMMEDIATELY IN FRONT OF DRIVER. If you suspect any damage upon delivery, please mark the bill of laden - SUBJECT TO INSPECTION, so any issues may be corrected or parts replaced. Please contact Grow Light Central immediately to report any damages or issues.

Damages & Exchanges

Your satisfaction is our top priority. We sell only the finest quality products from reputable manufacturers, so we rarely have problems with any of our products. But if your item is damaged or defective in some way, we'll make sure you're taken care of.

All of our products are backed by a manufacturer's warranty. If your item has a defect, please contact the manufacturer as instructed in the paperwork that came with the product. If you need help contacting the manufacturer, feel free to contact us at contact@shopgrowspaces.com

Note: Some manufacturers do not include any paperwork with their products. In that case, contact us at contact@shopgrowspaces.com and we will get in touch with the manufacturer for you.

If your product was damaged during shipping, contact us at contact@shopgrowspaces.com within 7 days of receiving your order and we'll help you get the replacement parts you need or arrange for total replacement of the product at no cost to you.

Returns

Please find your specific situation from the list of scenarios below to learn how we handle that particular situation:

1. You decided to cancel your order

If the order hasn't been processed yet, we can cancel it and issue you a refund with no penalty. If you do not cancel the order until after it has already been processed/shipped, your situation will be handled according to situation 4 or 5 below. Some of our return policies are governed by suppliers/manufacturers returns policies, list of which can be found below

NOTE: 1) PayPal and our credit card processor have changed their policy and no longer refund transaction fees. As a result, any canceled orders that were paid via credit card or Paypal will receive a refund MINUS the transaction fee (about 3% of the purchase price).

2) If you decide to cancel the order, while it's in transit, you will be subjected to restocking fees and shipping fees incurred for transportation

 

2. You received the product but the product is not working correctly, is missing parts, or is visibly damaged or deformed

If the item isn't working correctly, and it does not appear to have been damaged during shipping, please see the paperwork that came in the original box for instructions on how to file a warranty claim with the manufacturer (in the absence of instructions, contact us at contact@shopgrowspaces.com

The manufacturer is responsible for any manufacturing defects or deficiencies with its products. (If the item is damaged or defective due to shipping damages, please see situation 3 directly below.)

3. You received an item that appears to have been damaged during shipping

If a package appears to have been damaged during shipping, the item is oftentimes still okay. If the packaging for your item appears to be damaged, be sure to keep all the original packaging until you've determined whether or not a shipping insurance claim needs to be submitted. If any of the original packaging is thrown away, we cannot file a shipping insurance claim. Discarding shipping materials or box contents waives your right to get your product replaced or repaired.

Before contacting us, please test the item's functionality. If everything works okay, there is no reason to contact us or file a shipping damage claim. If your product is not working correctly due to the damages that occurred during shipping and you have kept the original shipping materials, please contact us so that we may submit a shipping insurance claim.

Once we have confirmed that you still have the original shipping materials and that the item was damaged during shipping, and after we have officially filed the shipping insurance claim forms, we will send out new parts or a new product at no cost to you.

4. You've received the product but you've decided you want to return it

If you receive an item and decide to return it, you can do so if, and only if, all of the following requirements are met:

  1. The item must be in as-new condition.
  2. The manufacturer allows returns (please see below for individual manufacturer policies)
  3. You must contact us to notify us that you'd like to return the item within the time specified by the manufacturer's return policy. This is usually between 30 and 90 days. Some do not allow returns. See below for the return policies of each brand.
  4. You MUST contact us to get an RMA Number and return instructions PRIOR to returning the item.

If you return an item without all three of the above requirements being met, the item will be refused and come back to you and no refund (or a partial refund) will be issued. If you meet all three of the above requirements, your refund will be issued as soon as the item has been verified to be in good condition

Note that shipping charges (both to ship the light back and the original charges, even if you had free shipping—we still had to pay it, after all) and Customers may be responsible for all return shipping charges as well as a 5-25% restocking fee (depending on the brand) for returns that fall within the time periods outlined below deducted from your refund. With many brands, the restocking fee will be lower or waived altogether. Shipping charges may also be waived, depending on the brand.

5. You refuse the delivery of your order or it goes undelivered, and it comes back to us

If you refuse an item, or an item goes undelivered, and it comes back to us (for whatever reason, like PO Box address, incorrect address, etc.), you will be issued a refund minus a 5-25% restocking fee (depending on the brand) for returns that fall within the time periods outlined below and our actual cost for shipping and handling (both ways). If the item is damaged during the shipping process, no refund will be issued until the shipping insurance claim process is complete.

Once the shipping claim process is complete, you will be issued a refund in the amount we are reimbursed by the shipping company (minus the amount the shipping company charges us for the shipment to you and back to us). If the shipping company does not approve the claim, we are, unfortunately, unable to provide a refund.

        Exaco Large Royal Victorian VI 46 Greenhouse 13ft x 20ft is one of the premier greenhouses in the "Helios" line from Janssens of Belgium. The Victorian Greenhouse, nicknamed "The Roman Bathhouse" or "Windsor Estate," is a 13ft wide, 20ft long, 9ft high elegant metal and glass greenhouse with side walls. This model features 4mm thick safety glass, double swinging doors, and six roof windows with automatic and spindle openers(4 automatic openers & 2 spindles), 2 top side windows, two hinged doors with pumps, large bottom frame/base, oversized gutters with downspouts, and misting system.

        Glass or Polycarbonate – Which glazing option should you pick for your Janssens Royal Victorian VI46 Greenhouse?

        The choice between glass and Polycarbonate is essential because they will serve different purposes. It comes down to your priorities:

        • Are you buying the Greenhouse for the aesthetic appeal? Then you should pick glass.
        • Do you care more about practicality and the best growing environment? Go with Polycarbonate.

        Clear glass panels look better and give you the old-fashioned greenhouse feeling. However, they don't break the sun's rays, so your glass greenhouse will be hotter than a Polycarbonate greenhouse. This will play a huge role if you live in a hotter climate. Polycarbonate provides more insulation and durability, but it's not as elegant as glass because it isn't transparent.

        Exaco Royal Victorian Greenhouse VI 46 Optional Accessories

        Extra Door - An extra single or double sliding door can be added to the back of the Greenhouse to provide access from both ends and cross ventilation for your Greenhouse. In addition, extra single or double-hinged doors can be added to the Greenhouse. These different doors can go on any side of the Greenhouse.

        Hinged Door - The sliding doors on this Greenhouse can be replaced with a hinged door. Hinged doors close tightly inside the outer frame, whereas sliding doors glide in front of the door opening with the gaps covered mainly by what is referred to as brushes. Hinged doors are a popular upgrade for Royal Victorian greenhouses as they close with a much tighter fit and come with a levered handle lock and key. One of the included sliding doors can be replaced with a hinged door, with the remained sliding door placed elsewhere. Or both sliding doors will be upgraded to double hinged doors for the front of the Greenhouse.

        Louver Window - Extra louver windows are available for this Victorian Greenhouse to provide additional ventilation. Automatic Louver Window Openers that function just like the automatic roof vent openers is also available, as are Louver Window Lexan Covers, clear covers for the louver window to keep the Greenhouse sealed during the winter.

        Roof Vents - This Janssens Victorian greenhouse includes enough roof vents for a structure of this size under most conditions. But additional roof vents are available if needed.

        Powered Ventilation System - A powered ventilation system is available from Exaco to give your maximum greenhouse ventilation on warm days. This system uses a 16-inch exhaust fan, a 20-inch motorized intake shutter, and a single-speed thermostat [model VC115-C], all from J&D Manufacturing. The exhaust fan and motorized intake shutter are installed on opposite ends of the Greenhouse to provide airflow from one end to the other.

        Wheelbarrow Access Plate - A heavy-duty aluminum access plate is available to serve as a ramp for wheelbarrows over the threshold of your Greenhouse. The plate is 21" long on each side x 19.5" wide x 1.75" high in the middle, hinged.

        For over 70 years, Janssens NV has been engineering, manufacturing, and distributing premium greenhouses throughout the world. The company began as a maker of wooden arches for greenhouses, sports venues, and factories and was founded by Constant Janssens. He was soon joined by his son Rene, and later Rene's son, Peter, who joined the Engineering and Technical Services department.

        Shipping/Returns/Warranty

        We process all website orders Monday - Friday between 9AM and 4PM. Orders placed over the weekend or after hours will be processed the following business day unless otherwise stated.

        What happens after you place your order?

        Step 1: Order Confirmation

        As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and have pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase.

        As soon as we receive your order, we also automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment. If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail/phone. If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 5 business days), we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.

        Step 2: Order Shipment

        If your order is in stock and we process the charges to your credit card, it will ship within five business days( or date we informed you via post purchase email) from the date of your order (usually much sooner). We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provide when checking out.

        Products ship via ground shipping to the address provided. They are delivered by the shipping company at a time determined by them. If you require any special accommodations, such as expedited shipping or a specific delivery time, you must contact us about this BEFORE placing your order.

        If you contact us after placing the order to arrange a shipping or delivery option that is out of the ordinary, we may not be able to accommodate you. If a shipment is returned undelivered as a result, you will be responsible for the entire shipping costs (both ways) plus a restocking fee of up to 30%.

        Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii and International Locations

        We are happy to ship to Alaska, Hawaii and Canada, but unfortunately additional shipping will be charged for most brands. For international orders, you will additionally be responsible for import fees and local taxes upon arrival.

        Like orders within the contiguous US, all shipments to other areas will also ship within 5 business days. In most cases, your order will leave the warehouse within 1 business day.

        Note that all shipping times on this page and anywhere on this site are only estimates. It could always take longer, especially with everything that is going on in the world today.

        P.O. Boxes

        Please provide a street address, not a PO Box. UPS and FedEx do not deliver to PO boxes. If an order goes undelivered for this reason, you will be responsible for any additional shipping charges. If the order has to be canceled, we will deduct a 30% restocking fee and the total shipping charges from your refund.

        Truck Delivery

        Due to the weight and size of some of the items we sell, they must be sent via independent freight carriers. Here are a few things you should note:

        • The trucking service will contact you typically 1-2 days before delivery to schedule the delivery time. If you make an appointment with the trucking company, please be aware if you are not there to accept delivery, a redelivery fee may be charged by the trucking company, and it is not the responsibility of ShopGrowSpaces.
        • The delivery driver will deliver your items curbside of your home. They are not responsible for taking the product onto your driveway or into your home. Therefore, moving the item from curbside may require your assistance. You can always ask the driver to assist you, and they may, but they are not required. Special services are the responsibility of the customer, we do not pay for any storage fees that the trucking company may charge, if you do not take immediate delivery of your item.
        • Very heavy items will require a forklift to move them from the curbside to their permanent location. You can contact a local contractor to help you with this.
        • Please be there to sign for the delivery and inspect the item for potential damages. OPEN SHIPMENT IMMEDIATELY IN FRONT OF DRIVER. If you suspect any damage upon delivery, please mark the bill of laden - SUBJECT TO INSPECTION, so any issues may be corrected or parts replaced. Please contact Grow Light Central immediately to report any damages or issues.

        Damages & Exchanges

        Your satisfaction is our top priority. We sell only the finest quality products from reputable manufacturers, so we rarely have problems with any of our products. But if your item is damaged or defective in some way, we'll make sure you're taken care of.

        All of our products are backed by a manufacturer's warranty. If your item has a defect, please contact the manufacturer as instructed in the paperwork that came with the product. If you need help contacting the manufacturer, feel free to contact us at contact@shopgrowspaces.com

        Note: Some manufacturers do not include any paperwork with their products. In that case, contact us at contact@shopgrowspaces.com and we will get in touch with the manufacturer for you.

        If your product was damaged during shipping, contact us at contact@shopgrowspaces.com within 7 days of receiving your order and we'll help you get the replacement parts you need or arrange for total replacement of the product at no cost to you.

        Returns

        Please find your specific situation from the list of scenarios below to learn how we handle that particular situation:

        1. You decided to cancel your order

        If the order hasn't been processed yet, we can cancel it and issue you a refund with no penalty. If you do not cancel the order until after it has already been processed/shipped, your situation will be handled according to situation 4 or 5 below. Some of our return policies are governed by suppliers/manufacturers returns policies, list of which can be found below

        NOTE: 1) PayPal and our credit card processor have changed their policy and no longer refund transaction fees. As a result, any canceled orders that were paid via credit card or Paypal will receive a refund MINUS the transaction fee (about 3% of the purchase price).

        2) If you decide to cancel the order, while it's in transit, you will be subjected to restocking fees and shipping fees incurred for transportation

         

        2. You received the product but the product is not working correctly, is missing parts, or is visibly damaged or deformed

        If the item isn't working correctly, and it does not appear to have been damaged during shipping, please see the paperwork that came in the original box for instructions on how to file a warranty claim with the manufacturer (in the absence of instructions, contact us at contact@shopgrowspaces.com

        The manufacturer is responsible for any manufacturing defects or deficiencies with its products. (If the item is damaged or defective due to shipping damages, please see situation 3 directly below.)

        3. You received an item that appears to have been damaged during shipping

        If a package appears to have been damaged during shipping, the item is oftentimes still okay. If the packaging for your item appears to be damaged, be sure to keep all the original packaging until you've determined whether or not a shipping insurance claim needs to be submitted. If any of the original packaging is thrown away, we cannot file a shipping insurance claim. Discarding shipping materials or box contents waives your right to get your product replaced or repaired.

        Before contacting us, please test the item's functionality. If everything works okay, there is no reason to contact us or file a shipping damage claim. If your product is not working correctly due to the damages that occurred during shipping and you have kept the original shipping materials, please contact us so that we may submit a shipping insurance claim.

        Once we have confirmed that you still have the original shipping materials and that the item was damaged during shipping, and after we have officially filed the shipping insurance claim forms, we will send out new parts or a new product at no cost to you.

        4. You've received the product but you've decided you want to return it

        If you receive an item and decide to return it, you can do so if, and only if, all of the following requirements are met:

        1. The item must be in as-new condition.
        2. The manufacturer allows returns (please see below for individual manufacturer policies)
        3. You must contact us to notify us that you'd like to return the item within the time specified by the manufacturer's return policy. This is usually between 30 and 90 days. Some do not allow returns. See below for the return policies of each brand.
        4. You MUST contact us to get an RMA Number and return instructions PRIOR to returning the item.

        If you return an item without all three of the above requirements being met, the item will be refused and come back to you and no refund (or a partial refund) will be issued. If you meet all three of the above requirements, your refund will be issued as soon as the item has been verified to be in good condition

        Note that shipping charges (both to ship the light back and the original charges, even if you had free shipping—we still had to pay it, after all) and Customers may be responsible for all return shipping charges as well as a 5-25% restocking fee (depending on the brand) for returns that fall within the time periods outlined below deducted from your refund. With many brands, the restocking fee will be lower or waived altogether. Shipping charges may also be waived, depending on the brand.

        5. You refuse the delivery of your order or it goes undelivered, and it comes back to us

        If you refuse an item, or an item goes undelivered, and it comes back to us (for whatever reason, like PO Box address, incorrect address, etc.), you will be issued a refund minus a 5-25% restocking fee (depending on the brand) for returns that fall within the time periods outlined below and our actual cost for shipping and handling (both ways). If the item is damaged during the shipping process, no refund will be issued until the shipping insurance claim process is complete.

        Once the shipping claim process is complete, you will be issued a refund in the amount we are reimbursed by the shipping company (minus the amount the shipping company charges us for the shipment to you and back to us). If the shipping company does not approve the claim, we are, unfortunately, unable to provide a refund.

              We haven’t had a chance to assemble it yet , still waiting for the slab to cure. Hopefully, the weather will hold for a few days so we can begin construction!!!
              All the boxes and pallets were in great shape too!
              After we get it assembled, and get things growing,we will send pictures!

              Stable, solid, and beautiful--just not so easy to put together.

              I purchased this greenhouse kit after quite a lot of research into different models and prices, for two reasons: it looked beautiful and it was designed to be stable in the face of high winds, something that we experience from time to time in Houston. ShopGrowSpaces was an excellent company to work with: their employees provided valuable advice, and helped track the journey of the kit from Europe to the long holding pattern of ships outside the Port of Houston to my door.
              It is indeed beautiful and solid. Just what I wanted.
              The assembly was difficult, and I was forewarned. You do need to do a lot of work on the foundation, and measure and measure again. That's what makes it stable. The parts are complicated and it simply takes time to get it together. My experienced handyman took on the job and was able to get it done.
              Not so good: I actually wonder why the parts are not labeled in some way. There are lots of parts, and finding them is something less than easy. Simple labels (small stickers) would make the process a lot easier. For those of you wondering whether this is just a random complaint, please do look at the installation manual and you will see what I mean.
              Not so good: my handyman is quite experienced, which means that he moves carefully and deliberately, which is what I wanted: DO NOT RUSH THE JOB, because you will inevitably use the wrong part. Check and double check everything. But that means that it's pretty much impossible to get the job done in 1-2 days. Try more like 6-7. The foundation alone will take 2 days, maybe more depending on whether you can get everything dug, rebar laid, cement poured and dried, and form removed in only two days--something less than likely. The braces will require holes to be drilled into metal (doable if you have the tools), and other complications arise. Again, you can try to rush it--but it's better to be realistic, deliberate, and careful to avoid creating more work for yourself.

              So all in all, I give this a thumbs up, and would probably go with this product AND THIS COMPANY again. If the alternative is easy to build with cheap plastic, it simply won't be a pretty part of your garden--and it won't survive a major wind event. If you go with a company that builds in place, the cost will be much higher for material and construction. But don't assume that the instructions are easy or that it can be built quickly.

              Easy to build and great customer service.

              Very easy to build. Took me 2 weeks only working 2 to 3 hours a day with like 5 days of no work due to being rained out. Everyone at Exaco that I talked to over the phone or in emails were very nice and were able to either answer my questions or get me to someone who could.

              Couple delivery problems but eventually got all the items. First problem wasn't even Exaco fault the freight company that delivered it to me didn't notice that it was 3 boxes and only gave me the glass at first but i got the other 2 boxes a few days later. Second I was missing the seed tray but Claudia sent that out right away after I told her it was missing.

              The instructions are just pictures so sometimes it was a bit hard to see what to do. Even the video online was just a few animated slides again no narration not even a little bit of ambient music. Sometimes thought the video was buffering cause it lingered on a shot for so long and there was no sound. This is where I'm removing 1 star. Although I made it through the build it would have been much more helpful to have instructions with both pictures and worded instructions on what you're supposed to do.

              Few hard points of the build. First was where the roof brace next to the wind supports there is no room so the support has to either be on top of the wind braces or below either way getting your fingers in there to try and put on a nut was difficult. Second the sliding glass door has a few self tapping screws in the bag but the head on them is huge making it so the sliding glass door couldn't be put on with them there. I just went to my tool box and found some flat head self tappers and put those in place and it worked really well. Finally the clips they provide in with the shade cloth kinda suck. They are good for the top of the greenhouse but not the sides, they are just a bit to long and will catch on the screws holding the center supports and then pop out of the plastic loops holding them. I just replaced them with some zip ties and now the shade cloth opens and closes much easier and without the shade cloth coming undone. I also ran out of the crescent shaped rubber seal. Its the weekend right now so ill see on Monday if I call if they will send me a bit more. Only missing a small part of it.

              Amazingly the part I thought would be hard, and was a little worried about when I decided to build it myself, was really easy. Putting the glass on was easier then building the frame. I was worried I'd be breaking glass and having to order more but the tool they give you made moving the glass around and setting it in place rather quick and painless.

              All in all it feels like a very robust greenhouse, was quick and fairly easy to build, and had some great customer support when needed and because of that I'll add back in the star I removed before because their service is just that helpful.

              ShopGrowSpaces vastly exceeded my expectations

              Actually, ShopGrowSpaces vastly exceeded my expectations and have been great to work with. The delivery and delivery instructions were good, and in the main the build of the greenhouse was straightforward - some challenging moments for sure, and we will have to do a slight dismantle to sort an instruction item we missed the first time, but the 3d video helped a lot and I never expected it to be easy.

              There are some oddities - some of the seals don't make sense etc, but in my tolerant climate I don't need it to survive a hurricane or deal with a lot of humidity and I'm not worried about anything at all. It's very solid and, as far as I'm concerned, great value for money.
