Commonly extracted compounds left over from traditional extraction methods are actually undesirable. These undesirables include pigments such as anthocyanin, chlorophyll, tannins, saponins, and lipids from cellulosic materials. While other machines are busy catching undesired male Pollen, TOR XL extracts only the pure essence of botanical female Resin (rosin) glands from your dried flowers and plant clippings. Sift undesired plant material, stems, and particulates leaving only the desired micron rated trichomes to fall through TOR XL's high-quality monofilament screens.
Ice Water Extraction:

This method includes using dried flowers and plant clippings with iced water and “washing” the material to gather high potency resin glands for use as a concentrate.
When you isolate resin glands from other material plants produce, you get the purest dose of high-quality resin that can be derived without using solvent-assisted extraction.
When you use iced water to make bubble, you’re using temperature, stirring, and wet sifting to isolate the resin glands.
The bubble production process involves putting plant material in a “work bag” along with plenty of ice, then stirring and settling the mixture for a period of time.
You’d be surprised how many resin glands are on leaves that get manicured off and thrown away. Water extraction is a way of getting more usable product from every harvest.
As an added benefit, water-washing removes contaminants and other materials that can affect your health. Because of this washing effect, ice-resin doesn’t have much, if any, taste or smell.
Icewater extraction takes a couple of hours, some preparation, ice made from pure water, and multiple steps.
CO2 Extraction:

Sub-critical CO2 is becoming an important commercial and industrial solvent due to its role in chemical extraction in addition to its low toxicity and environmental impact.
The relatively low temperature of the process and the stability of CO2 also allows most compounds to be extracted with little damage or denaturing. In addition, the solubility of many extracted compounds in CO2 varies with pressure, permitting selective extractions.
Subcritical carbon dioxide can be used as a more environmentally friendly solvent. Subcritical carbon dioxide is used as the extraction solvent for the creation of essential oils and other herbal distillates. Its main advantages over solvents such as butane, alcohol, hexane, and acetone in this process are that it is non-toxic and non-flammable.
Subcritical CO2 is chemically stable, reliable, low-cost, non-toxic, non-flammable and readily available, making it a desirable candidate working fluid.
Dry Ice Extraction:

This is the best live resin extraction machine! Speed up your oil processing by 5 times using TOR with your oil production machine.
Important: One of the best ways to extract live resin (rosin) is with two machines working together. One machine, like the solventless TOR XL or OG, doing the pre-processing resin extraction work so that your solventless, or hydrocarbon large volume machines can be kept fed a steady supply of pre-extracted already concentrated material. Your output speed is five times faster with this pre-prep live resin method. This means your volume output is five times greater.

When running the XL you could run five times as much material than with the OG.
TOR XL has a 14.5 lb. capacity when extracting with CO2. The XL-Model can process up to 14.5 lbs or 6500 grams per run when using sugarleaf, as opposed to big fans and water leaves.
If you were to use dry ice, you would have to make room for the ice so the capacity of biomass would decrease accordingly. When using your Resinator in an H2O application or as a trimmer, the recommended amount is half that of our max capacity.
The kits are prepackaged with a 1/4” mesh trim screen and one each of the 200μm,100μm, and 75μm screens. Each Resinator purchase also includes a set of resin collection bags in 200,100 and 75um.

We process all website orders Monday - Friday between 9AM and 4PM. Orders placed over the weekend or after hours will be processed the following business day unless otherwise stated.
What happens after you place your order?
Step 1: Order Confirmation
As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and have pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase.
As soon as we receive your order, we also automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment. If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail/phone. If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 5 business days), we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.
Step 2: Order Shipment
If your order is in stock and we process the charges to your credit card, it will ship within five business days( or date we informed you via post purchase email) from the date of your order (usually much sooner). We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provide when checking out.

Products ship via ground shipping to the address provided. They are delivered by the shipping company at a time determined by them. If you require any special accommodations, such as expedited shipping or a specific delivery time, you must contact us about this BEFORE placing your order.
If you contact us after placing the order to arrange a shipping or delivery option that is out of the ordinary, we may not be able to accommodate you. If a shipment is returned undelivered as a result, you will be responsible for the entire shipping costs (both ways) plus a restocking fee of up to 30%.
Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii and International Locations
We are happy to ship to Alaska, Hawaii and Canada, but unfortunately additional shipping will be charged for most brands. For international orders, you will additionally be responsible for import fees and local taxes upon arrival.
Like orders within the contiguous US, all shipments to other areas will also ship within 5 business days. In most cases, your order will leave the warehouse within 1 business day.

P.O. Boxes
Please provide a street address, not a PO Box. UPS and FedEx do not deliver to PO boxes. If an order goes undelivered for this reason, you will be responsible for any additional shipping charges. If the order has to be canceled, we will deduct a 30% restocking fee and the total shipping charges from your refund.
Truck Delivery
Due to the weight and size of some of the items we sell, they must be sent via independent freight carriers. Here are a few things you should note:
- The trucking service will contact you typically 1-2 days before delivery to schedule the delivery time. If you make an appointment with the trucking company, please be aware if you are not there to accept delivery, a redelivery fee may be charged by the trucking company, and it is not the responsibility of ShopGrowSpaces.
- The delivery driver will deliver your items curbside of your home. They are not responsible for taking the product onto your driveway or into your home. Therefore, moving the item from curbside may require your assistance. You can always ask the driver to assist you, and they may, but they are not required. Special services are the responsibility of the customer, we do not pay for any storage fees that the trucking company may charge, if you do not take immediate delivery of your item.
- Very heavy items will require a forklift to move them from the curbside to their permanent location. You can contact a local contractor to help you with this.
- Please be there to sign for the delivery and inspect the item for potential damages. OPEN SHIPMENT IMMEDIATELY IN FRONT OF DRIVER. If you suspect any damage upon delivery, please mark the bill of laden - SUBJECT TO INSPECTION, so any issues may be corrected or parts replaced. Please contact Grow Light Central immediately to report any damages or issues.
Damages & Exchanges
Your satisfaction is our top priority. We sell only the finest quality products from reputable manufacturers, so we rarely have problems with any of our products. But if your item is damaged or defective in some way, we'll make sure you're taken care of.

Returns
Please find your specific situation from the list of scenarios below to learn how we handle that particular situation:
1. You decided to cancel your order
If the order hasn't been processed yet, we can cancel it and issue you a refund with no penalty. If you do not cancel the order until after it has already been processed/shipped, your situation will be handled according to situation 4 or 5 below. Some of our return policies are governed by suppliers/manufacturers returns policies, list of which can be found below
NOTE: 1) PayPal and our credit card processor have changed their policy and no longer refund transaction fees. As a result, any canceled orders that were paid via credit card or Paypal will receive a refund MINUS the transaction fee (about 3% of the purchase price).
2) If you decide to cancel the order, while it's in transit, you will be subjected to restocking fees and shipping fees incurred for transportation
2. You received the product but the product is not working correctly, is missing parts, or is visibly damaged or deformed
If the item isn't working correctly, and it does not appear to have been damaged during shipping, please see the paperwork that came in the original box for instructions on how to file a warranty claim with the manufacturer (in the absence of instructions, contact us at contact@shopgrowspaces.com
The manufacturer is responsible for any manufacturing defects or deficiencies with its products. (If the item is damaged or defective due to shipping damages, please see situation 3 directly below.)
3. You received an item that appears to have been damaged during shipping
If a package appears to have been damaged during shipping, the item is oftentimes still okay. If the packaging for your item appears to be damaged, be sure to keep all the original packaging until you've determined whether or not a shipping insurance claim needs to be submitted. If any of the original packaging is thrown away, we cannot file a shipping insurance claim. Discarding shipping materials or box contents waives your right to get your product replaced or repaired.
Before contacting us, please test the item's functionality. If everything works okay, there is no reason to contact us or file a shipping damage claim. If your product is not working correctly due to the damages that occurred during shipping and you have kept the original shipping materials, please contact us so that we may submit a shipping insurance claim.
Once we have confirmed that you still have the original shipping materials and that the item was damaged during shipping, and after we have officially filed the shipping insurance claim forms, we will send out new parts or a new product at no cost to you.
4. You've received the product but you've decided you want to return it
If you receive an item and decide to return it, you can do so if, and only if, all of the following requirements are met:
- The item must be in as-new condition.
- The manufacturer allows returns (please see below for individual manufacturer policies)
- You must contact us to notify us that you'd like to return the item within the time specified by the manufacturer's return policy. This is usually between 30 and 90 days. Some do not allow returns. See below for the return policies of each brand.
- You MUST contact us to get an RMA Number and return instructions PRIOR to returning the item.
If you return an item without all three of the above requirements being met, the item will be refused and come back to you and no refund (or a partial refund) will be issued. If you meet all three of the above requirements, your refund will be issued as soon as the item has been verified to be in good condition
Note that shipping charges (both to ship the light back and the original charges, even if you had free shipping—we still had to pay it, after all) and Customers may be responsible for all return shipping charges as well as a 5-25% restocking fee (depending on the brand) for returns that fall within the time periods outlined below deducted from your refund. With many brands, the restocking fee will be lower or waived altogether. Shipping charges may also be waived, depending on the brand.
5. You refuse the delivery of your order or it goes undelivered, and it comes back to us
If you refuse an item, or an item goes undelivered, and it comes back to us (for whatever reason, like PO Box address, incorrect address, etc.), you will be issued a refund minus a 5-25% restocking fee (depending on the brand) for returns that fall within the time periods outlined below and our actual cost for shipping and handling (both ways). If the item is damaged during the shipping process, no refund will be issued until the shipping insurance claim process is complete.
Once the shipping claim process is complete, you will be issued a refund in the amount we are reimbursed by the shipping company (minus the amount the shipping company charges us for the shipment to you and back to us). If the shipping company does not approve the claim, we are, unfortunately, unable to provide a refund.

- Shipping, handling, taxes, surcharges, and any other similar fees.
- Any currency fluctuation. All claims will be reviewed in US dollar only as priced on the merchant's Website.
- Any partial, incomplete or cancelled orders, or any order for which a Purchase Guarantee claim has been submitted.
- One-of-a kind items (including antiques, artwork, rare coins and furs).
- Limited edition items.
- Services and additional costs (such as installation charges, extended or supplemental warranties, or memberships).
- Used, altered, rebuilt and refurbished items.
- Custom-built items.
- Land and buildings.
- Negotiable instruments (such as promissory notes, stamps and travelers checks).
- Items provided under a leasing arrangement.
- Cash or cash equivalent.
